User Agreement for Trucker's Road

Welcome to *Trucker's Road*, the ultimate truck driving simulation game ("Game") developed and operated by RoadMasters Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Game, associated content, website(s), community features, customer support, payment systems, updates, and all other services provided under the *Trucker's Road* brand (collectively, the "Service").

This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", or "your") and the Company. By downloading, installing, registering for, accessing, or using any part of the Service, you accept the terms outlined herein. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not access or use the Service.

  • 1. Grant of Limited License:
    Subject to your continued compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your entertainment and business-related purposes (such as managing a trucking company, completing deliveries, etc.). You acknowledge that no ownership interest is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company and its licensors.
  • 2. Eligibility and Account Creation:
    You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, to register for an account or access the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to participate in the Game. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account credentials secure at all times.
  • 3. Account Responsibility and Conduct:
    You are responsible for all activity on your account. You agree not to share your login credentials with others. Prohibited actions include but are not limited to: cheating, using automation tools or bots, exploiting game bugs, impersonating other players, uploading harmful content, and attempting to reverse-engineer the Game. Any violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
  • 4. Virtual Goods and Currency:
    The Game may include virtual items such as trucks, upgrades, skins, or in-game currency. You understand that these virtual goods have no cash value and are only for use within the Game. Virtual goods are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for real-world currency. We reserve the right to change the availability, pricing, or properties of virtual goods at any time without prior notice.
  • 5. Payments and Billing:
    If you purchase in-game goods or services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Prices may vary based on region and are subject to change. All transactions are processed through third-party payment systems, and you agree to comply with their terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activities or chargebacks.
  • 6. Game Modifications and Updates:
    We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any portion of it at any time, with or without notice. Updates may affect gameplay mechanics, features, or availability of content. We are not liable for any losses resulting from such changes. By using the Service, you agree that the Game is a dynamic, evolving experience.
  • 7. Suspension and Termination:
    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement, suspected fraud, abuse, or inactivity. If your account is terminated, you forfeit access to all associated progress, items, and privileges. You can request the deletion of your account by contacting customer support.
  • 8. Privacy and Data Collection:
    By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes data such as IP addresses, device identifiers, and in-game activity. We may share this data with third-party partners for purposes such as fraud prevention, analytics, or customer service. You have the right to access and delete your data subject to applicable laws.
  • 9. Disclaimer of Warranties:
    The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices. Your use of the Service is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including those related to the Game’s performance, security, and merchantability.
  • 10. Limitation of Liability:
    The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Game. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain liabilities, so some limitations may not apply to you.
  • 11. Indemnification:
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights.
  • 12. Dispute Resolution:
    Any disputes between you and the Company will first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, the dispute will be submitted to arbitration under the laws of the Company’s jurisdiction. You waive any right to a jury trial or participation in class actions.
  • 13. Force Majeure:
    We are not liable for any failure or delay in the performance of the Service due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or cyber-attacks.
  • 14. Entire Agreement and Severability:
    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

By continuing to access or use *Trucker's Road*, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the most current version of this Agreement. We recommend that you save or print a copy of this Agreement for your records. Your continued use of the Game constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications.
